The UTG A2 Fixed Stock Assembly provides the stock and rifle-length recoil components needed to convert or complete an AR-15 with a traditional fixed-stock setup. The polymer A2 stock includes an internal storage compartment, while the included rifle-length receiver extension, buffer, and action spring eliminate the need to source the major stock-system components separately.
Note: This model is designed for AR-15 rifle-length recoil systems. It is not the UTG AR-308 A2 stock assembly and should not be substituted for an AR-308 rifle-length buffer system.

That said, I really like this stock. It feels very sturdy, fits perfectly on my YHM lower, and doesn't sound like a rattly cheese grater when firing. I've never had a malfunction with this kit, it goes pushed the bolt into battery just fine, and supports a fairly high rate of fire if you want to shoot fast.
The buttpad is a hard, spikey plastic, but I've found that it doesn't hurt while shooting and it stays in your shoulder very well the whole time. The pad/ stock are also angled in a way that you can stand your rifle up on the buttpad if needed, and my rifle is pretty front heavy at this point due to 20" barrel and an OCM5 sitting on the front.
The only con, if I had to choose one, is that the polymer around the buffer tube has a slightly different sheen to it than the rest of the stock.
Other than that, this stock pairs very nicely with a rifle length gas system, and helps your rifle cycle very smoothly!

Leapers, Inc. warrants that all UTG & UTG PRO products conform to published specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship.
