The Ruger SR1911 Lightweight is a modern take on the classic 1911 design, built with an aluminum frame for reduced weight. This 5″ barreled commander-size features a polished titanium feed ramp and precision CNC machining for a superior fit and smooth action.
With its original 1911 fire control components and positive barrel lock-up, the SR1911 Lightweight delivers the accuracy expected from Ruger’s interpretation of John Browning’s renowned semi-auto. The skeletonized aluminum trigger, hammer, and firing pin provide a crisp, light trigger pull with a short reset. Additional upgrades like the beavertail grip safety, extended controls, and oversized ejection port enhance handling and reliability.
Available in 9mm and .45 ACP calibers.
