Suppressor Compatible Flash Hider
The Rearden Manufacturing PNW Flash Hider is a high-performance muzzle device designed to provide exceptional flash suppression, reduced muzzle signature, and seamless suppressor integration. The PNW Flash Hider features outside threading for the ability to attach the Rearden Atlas/Atlas XL and Q LLC Plan B Mounts for suppressors and blast diffusers using that thread pattern.

- Pin and Weld Length – The PNW can be used to bring a 13.9″ barrel to 16″ length. If using this to pin and weld a 13.7″ barrel, you must use a precision washer of at least .030″ to meet the required 16″.
- Flash Mitigation Technology – The PNW Flash Hider effectively minimizes flash signature, improving visibility in low-light environments by not blinding yourself with every shot and reducing visual signature.
- Suppressor Mounting Capability – The streamlined outside threads ensure seamless and secure attachment with Rearden Atlas/Atlas XL and Q LLC Plan B suppressor mounts while not sticking out like a sore thumb.

Installation
Shims are not included, if you would like to specifically time this, shims will be required. Additionally, your barrel may require a shim if the manufacturer did not put a thread relief on it.
Torque the muzzle device to approximately 15-25 ft lbs. Make sure the muzzle device is square against the shoulder. When setting the silencer on the muzzle device, ensure that the threads and tapers are clean. Torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs. Ensure alignment. Enjoy. The nitride finish does lead to a tighter seal, with that said, it is extremely important to torque and rockset your muzzle device to the barrel properly.

Manufacturer Defect Warranty
If you feel that your products are eligible for a warranty evaluation due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact them and they will get you taken care of. As long as the item displays a manufacturer defect, and it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear, they will replace the item or refund the purchase.
