Otter Creek Labs OPS/AE Flash Hider
The Otter Creek Labs OPS/AE Flash Hider is designed for use with the Ops Inc 12th Model, AEM5, and OCM5 suppressors. This highly effective 3-prong design is machined from premium H900 heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel.
The flash hider features wrench flats for easy installation and a pre-drilled hole to allow secure pin/welding onto the host barrel. Two rugged finish options are available.

Warranty & returns
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Otter Creek Labs offers a lifetime warranty on its products. If an issue arises, the company will fix it. Whether the repair is free or not depends on the nature of the issue.
Free Warranty Services Include:
- End cap strikes
- Baffle strikes
- Refresh/re-core due to high round count use
- Mount stuck inside the suppressor
- Any other issues occurring during general use
Non-Free Warranty Services Include:
- Modifying the bore size with a drill bit or boring bar
- Drilling holes to reduce back pressure
- Permanently attaching a mount by welding
- Cutting the suppressor in half and attempting to weld a new end cap on
Permanent modifications to the suppressor will incur charges for parts and labor for repairs. Otter Creek Labs will still fix these issues to ensure the suppressor is functional, but at the customer’s expense.
Use of Universal Mounting Threads: Utilizing the 1.375×24/HUB/universal mounting threads is not considered a permanent modification, as the suppressor is designed to be used this way. If an end cap strike occurs using a mount or muzzle device from another company, it is still covered for free.
Stolen Suppressors: If a suppressor is stolen from a house or car, Otter Creek Labs will replace it for free. The customer must provide police reports, contact information for the department, and proof of reporting the theft to the ATF. The replacement suppressor will have a new serial number, requiring the customer to pay the $200 tax stamp and undergo the wait time again.
Lead Time on Warranty Work: Warranty work is prioritized above all else. As soon as a warranty suppressor arrives, the company halts other work if necessary to address the issue immediately. Warranty work is typically completed and returned to the customer within two weeks, including shipping time.
