An Upgrade For MOE Carbine Stocks For Enhanced Weapon Stability

The Magpul CTR Carbine Stock Mil-Spec is an upgrade for MOE Carbine stock that features a supplemental friction lock system that minimizes excessive stock movement for enhanced weapon stability. The Compact/Type Restricted Stock is a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR-15/M16 carbines using MIL-SPEC receiver extensions. Designed for light and fast action capability, the streamlined A-frame profile avoids snagging and shields the release latch to prevent accidental activation.

Supplemental Friction Lock To Minimize Wobbling

Magpul CTR Carbine Stock Mil-Spec can be easily installed designed with a low-profile sloping cheek weld for a streamlined look and comfortable aiming. It delivers a solid installation that makes wobbling, rattling, play and noise virtually vanish. An ambidextrous QD sling mount is added and will accept any push-button sling swivel. Also includes a standard 0.30″ thick rubber butt-pad which provides positive shoulder purchase to prevent slippage even with body armor or modular gear.

• There are two basic sizes of M4 Carbine receiver extensions (buffer tubes): mil-spec and commercial-spec. If you have a commercial-spec extension on your rifle, either order a Mil-Spec buffer tube to replace the old one or order the Magpul CTR Carbine Stock – Commercial-Spec AR-15 – MAG311.
• If you happen to have one of the uncommon military tubes with an extended slant-back along with the Mil-Spec CTR, you will also need to order the Extended Rubber Butt-Pad, 0.55″ (sold separately).
