The Mossberg 940 Pro Field is a versatile 12 gauge 3″ semi-automatic shotgun designed for hunting and clay target shooting. This configuration features a 28″ matte blued vent rib barrel paired with a durable gas operating system for up to 1,500 rounds between cleaning.
The synthetic black stock is fully adjustable, allowing 1.25″ of length-of-pull adjustment between 13″-14.25″ for a customized fit. The stock and fore-end are aggressively textured in Mossberg’s signature pattern for a non-slip grip. An oversized charging handle and bolt release enable fast operation.
This 940 Pro Field ships with Accu-Set choke tubes including full, modified, and improved cylinder constrictions. A bright HiViz CompSight fiber optic front sight is standard for crisp targeting. The loading port is oversized and beveled for smooth reloading.
