CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical 4.6" 9mm Pistol - 19 Round - 2 Magazines

I have been a loyal customer of CZ for a number of years and have a number of their firearms to include pistols, shotguns, and rifles. I have always appreciated their quality and service...until now. I attempted to purchase a 50th Anniversary edition of their SP 01. I went on their website, as I have done countless times before, to ensure that I had the proper SKU for the model I desired. I elected to purchase the gun through AT3 Tactical and was completely satisfied with their service. However, when the gun arrived at my FFL, it was not the gun I ordered. I contacted CZ and was told that the serial number was not in their system. I complied when they asked for pictures showing the SKU and serial number. They then said that I had used the wrong SKU. When I directed them to the spec sheet on their website, they agreed that they had the wrong SKU number on the sheet but then told me I would have to take it up with AT3. So much for a manufacture standing by its product. This is totally on CZ. It's been 2 weeks. The gun is still in the safe at my FFL. As of this writing, the wrong SKU is still on the tech sheet at the official CZ website. Thus far, CZ has made NO effort to remedy the situation.
