Enhance Your Glock MOS With the Holosun EPS
This plate converts the Glock MOS footprint on your slide to securely mount Holosun EPS footprint optics, such as the EPS, EPS Carry, and SCS Carry. It is made for double-stack Glock MOS pistols such as the 19, 17, 47, and more. This will NOT work on slimline Glock pistols such as the 43X MOS or 48 MOS.

Every C&H Optic Plate is designed, manufactured, and machined in the United States at a small family owned business. Each plate is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before shipping to customers.
Low-Profile Fit
This plate keeps the optic as low as possible by using a mount that integrates directly with the Glock MOS system, especially in comparison to other solutions that use multiple plates and adapters on top of each other.
