Blemished Quad Rails – A Functional Upgrade for Builders who aren’t Picky
These “blem” quad rails have minor imperfections on the inner surface – limited to chatter that can be easily removed, or minor bulging around the lightening cuts.
They come with all the necessary hardware and are guaranteed to function.
Improved Design and Easy Installation
The Pro Series Rail comes in 7″, 9″, 12.5″, and 15″ inch lengths, making it ideal for upgrading existing guns or starting fresh with specialized AR15 builds. If you’re planning a build without a Front Sight Base, make sure you pick up a Low Profile Gas Block with the handguard.

Will this fit my AR-15?
The Pro Quad Rail, like the SPEAR, is designed for use with our matching Billet Upper Receiver as well as the majority of mil-spec AR-15 uppers on the market. It
This product will not work with non-mil-spec upper receivers like the Bushmaster Carbon due to the non-standard barrel threads, and it is not compatible with most piston kits as they won’t fit under the handguard.

What tools and additional parts are required?
For parts – most setups will require a low profile gas block.
For tools – we recommend:
- A vise and non-marring vise block for holding the upper
- A torque wrench and breaker bar to assure you stay in the AR-15 barrel nut torque range while timing the barrel nut (30-60 ft lbs)
- Blue loctite for the mounting screws

This "blem" is almost unnoticeable, I always try to get a blem over regular because of the money savings and still high quality great looking part. If you actually use your guns, they get "blem" anyways. You wont be disappointed. But remember - dont buy them all up! i still want to get some myself! haha

This rail was just what I WANTED. I like the built in pic-rails vs. m-lol. I got this in 15” black and couldn’t find any issues. I also don’t care so much if things are perfect. Will look at this company in future for other stuff. Really like the price. That is one complaint I have is other manufacturers are so dang pricey. These fellas did it for a reasonable price!

Don't hesitate if you're wanting a quad rail with a modern mounting system that won't break the bank.
I could barely find the "blemish" on mine. (slight paint wear on the anti-rotation tabs).
Pros:
Light weight
Modern design
Pleasing aesthetic
Solid lockup and feel
Cons:
Paint wears easily. (not a big deal for me because I like a worn-in look)
Barrel nut touches the gas block. (again, not a big deal because standard barrel nuts do this too.)
Would recommend and will likely buy again.
