Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Red Dot or Green Dot? Which version is right for me?
A: This is heavily dependent on personal preference. Both versions of the ALPHA can reach daylight levels of brightness for visibility. Traditional red dots have greater contrast against most environments, but may be harder to “pick up” in your field of vision. Green dot sights may have lower contrast to green foliage, but green reticles are generally easier to pick up for the human eye, in how we perceive the visible light spectrum. If you’ve been dissatisfied with red dots in the past, give the green reticle a shot; it may make a world of difference for you.

The green dot is more like a splatter unless you turn it to the low setting and the 3 × magnifier is a 2 × magnifier at best and the function of folding it over just to use the dot and back is not smooth and quick . I am very disappointed with this product . Spend a little more money and buy a better product trust me .

Finally got around to purchasing optics for my Springfield Victor Saint. Had a few questions before pulling the trigger & response was quick & very helpful.

Fast shipping good customer service. But received first one the red dot was distorted. They shipped me a new one and received it in 4 days. But the second one was junk too. Distorted red dot. I had several people look through optic and all seen same distortion.

In my opinion compared to other more expensive sights after researching as much as I can, you can’t really go wrong with these. Once zeroed in, it works just as good. The quality and let alone the affordable price, you can’t go wrong. The magnifier takes a bit getting used to in order to flip into the side. I figure once it’s used it’ll get more easier and loose to switch away and back. Other than that eveything performs the way it should

The red dot is great, but the flip mechanism on the magnifier is so damn tight it's practically unusable. Tried to loosen the only screw present, but Hercules himself must have installed it. I'll be returning the unit before I destroy it while trying to make it usable.

I think the Alpha is awesome, its a great quality red dot, after using it I was in love, and the magnifier works really well, when using the magnifier I have to move my stock closer and move in a little closer to get the whole view in picture which isn’t a big deal for me it works great especially for the price

In the event that your AT3™ product becomes unusable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.

If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is fully transferable, but we may require information about the original purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.
