This complete upper delivers a dedicated 22LR platform that’s ready to shoot at a fraction of the cost of centerfire ammunition. This is the complete solution for shooters who want affordable training, backyard plinking, or small-game hunting with the full AR-15 experience. Built from the ground up as a dedicated 22LR system, this upper includes a stainless steel bolt carrier group and charging handle—just add your Black Dog Machine magazines and you’re ready to run. Available in eight Cerakote finishes to match your style.
The AT3 16-inch pencil profile barrel in 22LR is crafted from premium 4150 CrMoV steel per MIL-B-11595E specs and features black nitride finish for durability. The lightweight pencil profile keeps the weight down while maintaining accuracy with 22LR ammunition, and the 1:16 twist rate is optimized for standard 22LR loads. The 15-inch SPEAR M-LOK free-float handguard provides plenty of room for lights, bipods, and accessories while keeping the overall setup lightweight and maneuverable.
Built on AT3’s forged upper receiver with forward assist and dust cover installed, this upper uses simple blowback operation—no gas system to tune or maintain. The included AT3 stainless steel 22LR bolt carrier group is machined to exact tolerances for reliable cycling, and the standard GI charging handle keeps things simple. The 1/2×28 threaded muzzle accepts standard AR-15 muzzle devices or suppressors. Compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receiver, this upper delivers the joy of shooting with minimal recoil and maximum affordability.

Warranty & returns
Backed by the AT3 Lifetime Warranty!
All AT3 Tactical Brand Products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
This includes AT3 Red Dot Sights, Handguards, Iron Sights, and any other product that carries the “AT3 Tactical” or “AT3™” name. For other brands (ex. Magpul or Troy), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In the event that your AT3™ product becomes unusable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is fully transferable, but we may require information about the original purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.
