This assembled upper delivers a compact pistol-caliber carbine platform perfect for home defense, range use, or suppressor builds where you want the low recoil and affordable ammunition of 9mm. The 10.5-inch Faxon Firearms barrel hits the sweet spot for 9mm ballistics—getting maximum velocity from the cartridge while keeping the overall length compact and maneuverable. The 9-inch SPEAR M-LOK handguard keeps the profile slim and lightweight while providing plenty of room for lights, grips, and accessories. This upper includes a Sylvan Arms Glock magazine conversion block so you can use your existing Glock 17 or 19 magazines in a standard Mil-Spec AR-15 lower.
The Faxon Firearms 10.5-inch barrel features a smooth pistol-caliber taper profile that keeps weight down while maintaining rigidity. Built from 4150 CMV steel with QPQ nitride finish inside and out, this barrel is more rigid and rugged than most standard pistol-caliber barrels. The 1:10 twist rate stabilizes common 9mm projectiles, and the barrel is compatible with both Colt and Glock-style magazines, lowers, and bolt carriers. The 11-degree target crown ensures consistent accuracy shot after shot.
Built on AT3’s slick side billet upper receiver, this setup uses simple blowback operation—no gas system to tune or maintain. The 9-inch SPEAR handguard features M-LOK attachment points at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions with a lightened Picatinny rail at 12 o’clock. The included Sylvan Arms conversion block is machined from black oxide steel and 6061-T6 aluminum, installs easily into your standard AR-15 lower, and accepts popular Glock 17 and 19 pattern magazines. The KAK Micro Slimline flash can directs gases and noise downrange. Available in eight finishes to match your build.
Note: Does not include bolt carrier group or charging handle. Requires 9mm-specific bolt carrier group. Magazine block does not include last round bolt hold open. Compatible with Glock 17 and 19 magazines. The upper is shipped fully assembled.

Backed by the AT3 Lifetime Warranty!
All AT3 Tactical Brand Products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
This includes AT3 Red Dot Sights, Handguards, Iron Sights, and any other product that carries the “AT3 Tactical” or “AT3™” name. For other brands (ex. Magpul or Troy), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In the event that your AT3™ product becomes unusable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is fully transferable, but we may require information about the original purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.

Faxon Firearms Warranty
We do understand that life happens and that often a purchase will need to be returned. Customers may return any product, for any reason, in line with the requirements & policies below.
For any errors on Faxon’s part, after notification from the customer, Faxon will dispatch a Fed-Ex Ground label for the return of the product. Upon receipt and inspection at Faxon, a replacement will be sent to the customer via Fed-Ex Ground with tracking information sent to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Faxon will only refund products purchased directly through Faxon Firearms.
- If you purchased a product through one of Faxon’s authorized dealers and would like to return the product for a refund, you must contact the dealer for your refund.
- Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging
- Merchandise must be return-shipped in a protective box
- A full refund including shipping if the return resulted from our error, otherwise we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
- All product replacements done under warranty can be handled by Faxon directly.
- The customer will receive a refund within 10 business days of our receiving your return. The refund issued in the same form of payment used for purchase.
- No return will be granted for a product that is modified in any way
- No returns for refund after 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

If you need to return an item, returns are accepted subject to the following guidelines:
No Returns or Refunds are allowed after 30 days from Invoice Date.
- Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable. Orders that were shipped to you at no charge with a “Free Shipping” offer will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund amount.
- New items that have been used may not be returned unless defective.
- Returns must include all accessories as shipped. Refunds will be adjusted for returns missing accessories, factory boxes, etc. or may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, at our option. If you are keeping or have lost some of the pieces, please don’t return the item.
- Items marked Closeout or Blem, as well as Special Orders may not be returned and their sale is final.
- Items that are Custom contract manufactured may not be returned and their sale is final unless defective
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Any damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier immediately for proper claim handling.
- All returns must be prepaid. Insurance on returns is at your option and at your expense and risk. COD returns will NOT be accepted and the package will be returned to you.
