This includes AT3 Red Dot Sights, Handguards, Iron Sights, and any other product that carries the “AT3 Tactical” or “AT3™” name. For other brands (ex. Magpul or Troy), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

In the event that your AT3™ product becomes unusable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.

If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is fully transferable, but we may require information about the original purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.

Magpul Warranty Information

If you ever experience an issue with a Magpul product at any time, regardless of where it was purchased, please contact us directly and we’ll do everything reasonable to help you.

To make a return, please take the following steps:

• BEFORE returning any products, please contact us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.
• Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number and email, RMA number, and reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the firearm, ammunition, and usage environment for defective returns). Do not send ammunition.
• Wrap the item with quality padding and place it in the original packaging or in an appropriate box for shipping.
• A UPS shipping label will be provided in your shipment. If using the original packaging, remove or cover the original shipping label. Tape the preprinted return shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop package at an official or authorized UPS drop-off location.
• All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

TacFire Limited Lifetime Warranty

TacFire Inc. products are warranted and protected for a Limited Lifetime from manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. TacFire® will replace (at their discretion & subject to availability) the defective product(s) after their Returns Customer Service Center staff has tested & determined the item(s) returned are defective & not functioning properly. Any types of modifications will void the product(s) warranty. The product must be returned within your 90 days of ownership and you must provide a copy of your receipt to show the Proof of Purchase from an authorized dealer. After the 90 days of ownership you will be required to send us a $10 handling fee made payable to TacFire Inc® by check or money order with a valid proof of purchase. Please email for an RMA number before returning product(s) at support@tacfireinc.com.

90 Day Guarantee: If you purchased your product within 90 days, Tacfire will waive the $10.00 handling fee. All you have to include is a note/ letter with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Return Procedure:
1. Email the Tacfire Returns Shipping Center through returns@tacfireinc.com so that we can send you our warranty form to print out and we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. It is important that you contact Tacfire for an RMA to avoid any delays in processing time.
2.) Print out warranty form & fill in all the necessary fields making sure to write in the correct return address and don’t forget to include your RMA# along with a brief description of the issue you are experiencing with the product.
Note: TacFire Inc will not be held responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses given to us.
3. Along with the warranty form please enclose a copy of your receipt and a $10.00 check or money order payable to TacFire Inc. if it has been over 90 days of ownership, for the shipping and handling.
4. Pack everything in the original box and ship to the Tacfire Returns Shipping Center, making sure to write your RMA# also on the outside of your package.
Note: We are not responsible for any incoming lost packages, so make sure to save your tracking information for your own records.
