The Ballistic Advantage .223 Wylde 18″ Barrel – Fluted Mid-Length – Premium Series is designed to confidently lighten your AR build without sacrificing an ounce of accuracy. Utilizing six and eight flute designs to achieve a weight reduction up to and exceeding 16 ounces.
This Premium Series barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel with a bead blasted finish and features a Nickel Boron Coated Extended M4 Feed Ramp Extension. BA Fluted barrels deliver the perfect balance of weight and rigidity that features functional aggressive flutes and crisp, clean lines.

Verified buyerThe 223 Wylde chamber does not really like [link removed] rounds, but it LOVES 223 rounds…and the accuracy difference is noticeable.
The level of accuracy I am getting from this barrel with cheap Frontier .223 68 gr. BTHP rounds is on-par with my brother’s precision Bergara .308 bolt gun. Within the 5-shot group pictured, 4 of the 5 shots landed inside of a 1/2 inch at 100 yards, and that little group can be completely covered with a nickel. The cold bore shot messed everything up being so far to the left and pushing the group to [link removed]”.
